By purchasing, booking, or participating in any services, spells, programs, trainings, workshops, meditations, or offerings provided by Aaron Michael Pyne, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
General Disclaimer
I, Aaron Michael Pyne, am not a medical doctor, licensed therapist, or licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor do I prescribe medication.
My work is spiritual, educational, and experiential in nature, supporting personal growth, self-exploration, and energetic awareness.
All services, sessions, meditations, and teachings are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, or professional healthcare.
You are strongly encouraged to continue working with your licensed healthcare providers and to follow their advice.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results. Each individual’s experience is unique and depends on personal participation, openness, and integration.
Mental Health and Psychological Responsibility
Aaron Michael Pyne’s services, programs, workshops, and guided experiences are intended for personal growth, self-exploration, and general well-being.
They are not designed to address or treat acute mental health conditions, psychological disorders, or crises.
These offerings are not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing severe mental health challenges, including but not limited to:
- Psychosis or loss of contact with reality
- Severe depression or suicidal ideation
- Extreme anxiety, panic, or dissociation
- Any condition requiring immediate clinical or psychiatric care
If you are experiencing any of the above, you agree to seek support from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or emergency services instead of participating in these offerings.
By participating, you confirm that:
- You are in a stable mental and emotional state
- You are not currently experiencing a psychological crisis
- You understand these services are not a substitute for therapy or medical care
Aaron Michael Pyne reserves the right to:
- Decline participation prior to a program
- Remove a participant from any session, training, or experience
- Recommend professional support where appropriate
No refunds will be issued if participation is declined or discontinued due to mental health or safety concerns.
Use of Website, Meditations, and Content
All guided meditations, imagery exercises, and materials provided on this website are for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
All content is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You assume full responsibility for your use of any materials, practices, or information provided.
By using this website and its content, you agree to release and hold harmless Aaron Michael Pyne from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use.
Workshops, Trainings, Retreats, and Ceremonies
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Your payment secures your spot and allows for advance commitments related to venues, materials, staffing, and preparation.
If you cancel more than 45 days before the start date, exceptional circumstances may be considered for a transfer to a future offering. Transfers are not guaranteed and are granted at sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Digital Products, Downloads, and Online Classes
All purchases of digital content, including meditations and classes, are non-refundable.
Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
If you experience a technical issue with a file, you must notify us promptly so it can be resolved.
Individual Sessions and Services
Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or other approved methods.
Cancellation Policy:
- 72+ hours notice: full refund
- Less than 72 hours: payment applied to a future session
- Same-day cancellation: 50% retained as cancellation fee, 50% may be applied to a future session
No-show appointments are non-refundable.
No-Show and Late Arrival Policy
If you miss your scheduled session without notice, you will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a no-show.
If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time, and full payment remains required.
Energy Healing, Spiritual Guidance , Readings Disclaimer
Energy healing and spiritual services are complementary practices and are not recognized as a substitute for conventional medical or psychological treatment.
All information and services are intended to support discussions with your healthcare provider, not replace them.
You agree that any decisions regarding your health, treatment, or well-being are your sole responsibility.
Aaron Michael Pyne assumes no liability for any actions or decisions taken based on the use of services or information provided.
Release and Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aaron Michael Pyne from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in any services, programs, or offerings.
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Spiritual Services Refund Policy
All healing services, spiritual guidance, readings, spells and similar offerings are non-refundable once performed.
These services require time, preparation, and energetic engagement unique to each individual.
Results vary and depend on personal openness, participation, and integration.
By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that no guarantees are made and no refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or participating in any offering, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood all policies
- You agree to all terms and conditions
- You accept full responsibility for your participation
You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek legal advice if desired and voluntarily agree to these terms.
Right to Modify Terms
Aaron Michael Pyne reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services or participation in any offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
