Workshops, Retreats, Ceremonies and Training Course Policies, Disclaimer, and agreement.
Full payment is due upon registering for any workshop, ceremony, retreat, and training from Aaron Michael Pyne.
Payments are completely non-refundable. Your non-refundable payment is your commitment to attend the Workshop, Retreat, Ceremony or Training Course. We use this commitment to make plans regarding the venue, materials, staff, and other issues relating to delivering a workshop of maximal value. Your commitment allows us to meet pre-payment deadlines to venues, pay for materials, equip and prepare staff, and guarantee that your seat is reserved and ready for you to attend the workshop as scheduled.
Our cancellation policy with workshops is that all payments are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel from the Workshop, Retreat, Ceremony or Training Courses, and it is more than 45 days prior to beginning of the workshop, exceptional circumstances will be considered to allow for a transfer of your registration to a future class.
Individual Services with Aaron Michael Pyne
You may pay for services by credit card, venmo, cash app, or PayPal. You may pay online with your credit card through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account) from the various services pages on this website, or via email money transfer with the payment instructions we provide to you after your appointment is scheduled.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled session with Aaron Michael Pyne, I ask that you provide 72 hours notice. Payments made for cancelled sessions will be fully refunded as long as the 72 hours’ notice has been met. If you wish to cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, your payment will be retained to be applied against a future scheduled session. Sessions cancelled the day of will have 50% of their payment applied for a cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% can be used towards a future session.

No-Show Policy
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be considered ineligible to receive a refund for what is acknowledged as a “missed” appointment. Out of respect and consideration to Aaron Michael Pyne: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time to your appointment or give ample notice if any changes or cancellations need to be made.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless you have called to let us know you might be late), it will be construed by Aaron Michael Pyne that you are a “no-show”.
Depending upon how late you arrive, Aaron Michael Pyne will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Release and Indemnification:
You shall release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aaron Michael Pyne from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses or damages (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees and costs), resulting from, based upon, or incurred because of your participation in any of Aaron Michael Pyne’s offerings, services, trainings, & workshops, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental or compensatory damages, however caused and under any theory of liability.
It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of Aaron Michael Pyne’s above policies and make sure you understand them prior to making payment to Aaron Michael Pyne.
YOU HEREBY CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU HAVE EITHER CONSULTED WITH AN ATTORNEY REGARDING ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, OR HAVE VOLUNTARILY WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO DO SO.
It is understood that by paying your service fee, you agree to all terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
